Introducing Tenfold

Tenfold is an independent iGaming research company focused on understanding how casino games are designed, evaluated and brought to market. We study existing games, benchmark formats, analyse mechanics and build the models needed to support new ideas. We also examine the certification, regulatory and commercial requirements that determine whether a game can move beyond a concept and become a viable product.

The objective is not simply to produce more research. It is to make better game development possible.

The industry has never lacked ideas. What it has lacked is a shared foundation that allows those ideas to be assessed, developed and brought to market with greater speed and confidence. Building a game is relatively easy. Building one that works as intended, meets the necessary standards and has a realistic route to distribution is far harder.

Tenfold is building that foundation by turning industry knowledge into structured, practical intelligence. Each game we assess strengthens our understanding of how different mechanics, formats and models perform. Each new framework contributes to a broader picture of what makes a game commercially and technically viable.

That knowledge is not intended to sit inside reports. It is designed to be used.

The work produced by Tenfold feeds directly into the tools and systems that support game creation. This allows people to explore ideas, understand how they behave and develop them against established market requirements rather than relying on guesswork alone. Creativity remains central, but it is supported by a deeper understanding of what must happen behind the scenes.

This is also why Tenfold exists as a company in its own right. The products built on top of our work will continue to change, but the underlying responsibility remains the same: to study the market carefully, challenge assumptions and build a more complete understanding of how modern iGaming works.

We believe better access to that understanding will allow more people to build better games, faster. Not because expertise becomes less important, but because more of it can be made available at the point where decisions are being made.
