Research
3 rolesDesign, train, and evaluate the generative models behind Tenfold’s game mathematics. We’re looking for researchers who publish methods others can reproduce and who want their work stress-tested.
Build the models that describe how novel game mechanics behave, from first principles through to validation. Suited to someone comfortable moving between research and engineering and rigorous about getting the math right.
A twelve-month residency to work alongside our team on real problems in game mathematics and fairness. We look for curiosity, rigor, and a track record of finishing what you start.
Game Mathematics
2 rolesDevelop and verify the probability models and paytables behind provably fair games. For quantitative researchers who care about exactness and about showing their working.
Own the mathematics of individual games end to end, from mechanic to RTP to proof. Suited to a mathematician who wants their models checked and published rather than hidden.
Engineering
2 rolesBuild and scale the training and inference systems behind our generative models. We’re looking for engineers who care about reproducibility, performance, and clean interfaces.
Build the platform that lets someone describe a game and get tested math back. For engineers who like well-tested systems and clear abstractions.
Safeguards & Fairness
2 rolesDesign and implement the cryptographic machinery that makes game outcomes provably fair and independently verifiable. For engineers fluent in applied cryptography who want their designs scrutinised.
Study how our AI systems behave and where they can go wrong, and build the safeguards that keep games and players safe. For researchers who take failure modes seriously.
