Policy on AI.

Fig. 01 · the policy

Like most of this industry, we build with AI.

We use it for speed, for safety, and to get new game formats to market. AI helps create the games; Tenfold's research, indexed data, and guardrails make them robust.

It doesn't change how a game is proven. Every generated game is tested before it goes anywhere: its return model is derived, its outcomes are simulated to convergence, and the result can be reproduced by anyone who re-runs it. AI never adjusts a game's approved odds, return, or randomness. For real-money release, certification stays with the accredited labs, not with us and not with the model.

It doesn't change who is responsible, either. Every game carries the name of the person who made it, its full lineage, and a record of how it was built, including where AI was used. A named person at Tenfold is accountable for the math we model and the evidence we publish.

And we only point AI at games, never at players. We don't personalise odds or volatility to individuals, tune games toward people chasing losses, or profile the people playing. The return math is public and the same for everyone, and our research looks at games in aggregate: which mechanics hold, where volatility breaks. Regulators are now writing some of these rules into law. We ruled them out from the start. Our position on player harm is in the responsible gambling policy.

This policy covers every AI system we use, in-house or third-party. It has a named owner and is reviewed as technology, law, and regulator expectations change in the markets where games built with our tools are played.
