Players do not hold accounts with us, and the tools that protect them, such as deposit limits, timeouts, and self-exclusion, sit with licensed operators. Our part is the games themselves. Much of the harm in gambling is set when a game is designed, before anyone places a bet, so that is where we take responsibility: the math a game advertises is the math it delivers, the mechanics are ones a player can understand, and we do not build designs that mislead, such as a loss presented as a win or a near-miss shown more often than chance produces it. We want this industry to grow, and we work to give new game concepts a compliant route to market. We think it should grow on honest games, and that is what we build to and what the accredited labs certify against.
