For a decade, new mechanics were hard to get accepted, so the industry stopped evolving and learned to keep its math behind the curtain. We think that is backwards. The production barrier has collapsed and anyone can build a game now; what has not moved is the barrier to getting one accepted. Evidence you can check is what closes that gap, and it is what lets bolder games exist at all.

That is the bet under every policy here. AI earns a place in gambling only if it makes the math more open, not less: for players, for operators, for the labs who certify, and for the people building what comes next.
