A game is fair when anyone can check it, not when we say so.

Fairness is not a badge we hand out. It is a property of the mathematics, and mathematics can be shown. A game is fair when it does exactly what it says it does: when the return, the odds, and the volatility a player is told are the ones they actually meet over the long run. That is a claim about numbers, and numbers can be put on the table and checked.

So we put them on the table. Every game generated on Tenfold arrives with its return model derived, its outcomes simulated to convergence, and the seeds behind that simulation published, so that anyone who wants to can re-run the exact same computation and arrive at the exact same result. Reproduction by a stranger who has no reason to trust us is a far higher bar than a certificate nobody reads. A number you can regenerate for yourself is evidence. A number you are asked to take on faith is not.

One return, disclosed, and the same for everyone at the table. We do not ship quiet low-return versions of the same game for different operators or different markets, and we state what the return is rather than burying it. Volatility is labelled just as plainly, because how streaky a game is belongs to the player before they play, not as a surprise afterwards. Two games can share an identical return and feel nothing alike, and the honest thing is to tell you which one you are sitting down to.

Individual outcomes can be made checkable too, not just the long-run average. Where the format allows, a game carries a provably-fair layer: it commits to its randomness in advance by publishing a sealed value, the player adds their own input, and every result is derived from both, so that after the fact anyone can recompute a single round and confirm it was not altered. This does not establish the return, which is a property of the model, but it removes the need to trust the server on any one result.

All of this rests on the randomness underneath, so we hold that to the same standard. The generator behind a game is a cryptographically strong source, held to the public statistical tests a serious random source is expected to pass, never a convenience generator that looks random until someone looks closely. Fair math running on predictable randomness is not fair.

We are careful about the line here. Tenfold does not certify. For a game to reach players for real money, that approval is issued by accredited laboratories, and they issue it working from the same evidence we publish, not from our word. Publishing the workings in the open is not a shortcut around that step. It is what lets that step, and every other check along the way, be performed by anyone who cares to.

This is the whole of our position on fairness. A new name in this industry cannot ask to be trusted, and should not. So we have built the games to be checked instead. We would rather be checked than believed.
